Medical Doctor, Master in Advances of Sciences in Public Health.  Lasha has spent several years as a Federation’s field delegate in Europe and Asia. He coordinates activities in health & migration, health & climate, HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis, Substance Abuse. Lasha manages global partnerships, developed several tools and guidelines in related areas.
